INTERNATIONAL WARRANTY PROGRAM

Gagà Laboratorio Warranty Program allows customers to have a “lifetime” warranty for their watch.

The Warranty Program consists of several phases

BASIC WARRANTY: The retailer activates the Basic Warranty for the watch at the time of purchase.

STANDARD WARRANTY: The buyer can register his new watch in “The Clab”, to automatically extend his warranty for an additional year “Standard Warranty”.

EXTENSION: The “Standard Warranty” can be extended for an additional period of three years, by purchasing the “Service” in the dedicated area in our “The Clab” section. The “Service” can be renewed at the end of every three years period unlimitedly.

Gagà Laboratorio reserves the right to evaluate and approve each individual case concerning the warranty.
