سياسة الاستبدال ورد السلع لشركة تايم كبير للتجارة العامة

إن الشروط والأحكام المبينة أدناء خاضعة لقانون وزارة التجارة والصناعة رقم (324) لسنة 2013 لتنظيم حق الزبون لاستبدال أو استرداد السلع أو البضائع

يتم اعتماد استبدال استرداد البضائع المباعة عند استيفاء الشروط التالية:

المطالبة باستبدال السلع أو ردها واسترجاع قيمتها في خلال 14 يوم من تاريخ الشراء.

يجب ان تكون البضاعة المراد استبدالها بحالتها عند الشراء.

لا يسقط حق المستهلك في مباشرة حق الاستبدال أو الرد على توافرت شرائطه بما في ذلك عمليات شراء البضائع أثناء العروض التجارية (التنزيلات) المرخصة من وزارة التجارة وفي هذه الحالة يعتد في رد الثمن بذات طريقة السداد.

إذا كانت السلعة محل الرد من الأشياء الثمينة كالساعات والمجوهرات والملابس والنظارات والأشياء الملامسة للجلد والعطور- فلا يجوز للمستهلك مباشرة خيار الرد والاسترجاع إلا خلال مدة لا تجاوز 24 ساعة من تاريخ فاتورة الشراء.

إذا كانت البضاعة معيبة بسبب خطأ التصنيع.

إذا كانت البضاعة معيبة أو غير مطابقة للمواصفات المعتمدة والمذكورة في نقاط البيع وفي هذه الحالة يكون الرد مقصورا على ثمن السلعة للمستهلك وتتخذ الاجراءات القانونية في هذا الشأن.

يتم سداد المبالغ المستردة حسب طريق سدادها ما لم يتم الاتفاق بين الطرفين على خلاف ذلك.

إن العميل قد عاين السلعة قبل الشراء معاينة نامة نافية للجهالة ولا يجوز له الرجوع في البيع إلا إذا توافرت الشروط المحددة في البنود المذكورة أعلاه.

في حال الطلبات المسبقة، يحق للعميل استرداد المبلغ المدفوع بالكامل عند تخلف الشركة عن تسليم البضاعة في المدة المحددة

شركة تايم كبير للتجارة العامة تحتفظ بحق رفض استبدال أو استرداد أي من البضائع او السلع إذا توفرت الشروط التالية:

إذا كانت القطعة المراد ارجاعها تشمل أجزاء مفقودة أو على غير حالتها الأصلية التي بيعت بها.

في حالة تلف البضاعة بسبب سوء استخدام أو ارتداء أو في تغير في حالة الصنف الذي لا يمكن بيعها لآخرين ما لم يكن سبب الاستبدال او الرد يرجع إلى عيوب التصنيع أو مخالفة المواصفات المعتمدة.

الساعات قابلة للرد أو الاستبدال خلال 24 ساعة فقط.

للشركة حق رفض استبدال او استرداد مبلغ ساعة تم طلبها بطلب خاص من قبل العميل بعد موافقته في دفع المبلغ بالكامل اما بمواصفات خاصة او ساعة لا تتوفر لدى الشركة الا بالطلب المسبق.

إن شركة تايم كبير للتجارة العامة تسعى لحماية مصالح العملاء وفقا للقوانين والشروط المعمول بها في دولة الكويت.

 

Time Keeper General Trading Company Refund and Exchange Policy

 

The terms and conditions stated below are taken directly from the Ministry of commerce law No (324) for the year 2013 of regulating the Customer's right to replace or refund goods or merchandise.

 

Time Keeper General Trading Company will accept replacement or refund of goods sold to customers when the following conditions are fulfilled:

 

1. Return, exchange & refund must be claimed within 14 days from the date of purchase.
2. Goods refunded or exchanged must be in good condition, resalable and displayable.
3. The consumer doesn't lose the right to exchange or return the goods when conditions are fulfilled, including the goods purchased during commercial offers (Sale) which is licensed from Ministry of Commerce and in this case, a refund will be processed in the same method of payment.
4. If the item were subject of valuable items such as watches, jewelry, any stuff in contact with the skin and perfumes will have the right to exchange and refund option only during a period not exceeding 24 hours from date of purchase.
5. If the goods are defective due to a manufacturing fault.
6. If the goods do not comply with specifications or if these defects cannot be fixed without compromising its quality.
7. Refunds will be given in the same form as in which they were paid unless a common agreement between the two parties otherwise.
8. The customer has thoroughly inspected the item before effecting the purchase. It may not revoke the sale unless the conditions contained in the clauses set forth here above are fulfilled.
9. The customer has the right to refund the full amount if the company did not deliver the item on the agreed date.

 

Time Keeper General Trading Company has the right to refuse to replace or refund any items if the following conditions apply:

 

1. Watches can only be exchanged within 24 hours.
2. If the returned item is missing any part, materials, machinery or any other material required according to its nature or non-original condition.
3. If the item is damaged due to misuse or general wear and tear, or in a state or malfunction and is not in salable condition.
4. The company has the right to refuse any refund for a special or a pre-order item, an order that was placed for the customer upon his request and agreed to pay it in full beforehand. This includes all watches and accessories.
